Overview I was the design lead for the promotions console within the Amazon Appstore Developer Portal. The console was built from the ground up and enabled developers to run their own promotional campaigns. These promotions could take the form of monetary discounts, or rewards in the form of Amazon Coins. I collaborated closely with both the Dev Portal team, and the Amazon Coins Team. I had a very aggressive delivery time of 3 months. In that time, the design went through at least 20 different iterations while running usability studies with our 3P Developers, and getting feedback and buy-off from my stakeholders. In the end, we were able to deliver the promotions console on-time and it was very well received.
